Project Management Institute Hong Kong Chapter, is proud to bring you the 2019 PMI HK Asia Pacific Project Management Congress at Cyberport, Hong Kong on Saturday 16th November.
The Congress theme this year is “Imagine the World, Lead the Way”
When one thinks about many of mankind’s discoveries, innovations & accomplishments such as walking on the moon, hosting of Olympics, building of major architectural icons such as Eiffel Tower, the invention of automobile, television, internet, mobile phone through to current investment & future ambitions in digital transformation, Internet of Things (IoT), 5G & Artificial Intelligence – none of these would have been possible without the combination of vision, passion, determination, leadership, business expertise and project management.
What can we learn from these achievements and experiences and how can we apply this in our daily pursuits ? Through sharing of experiences, lessons learned and best practices from an international line-up of distinguished speakers from diverse backgrounds, this Congress will look to focus and articulate on the importance of vision, innovation, sound strategy & smooth execution. This may be explored from a number of perspectives including people, process, technology, challenges, opportunities and benefits.
In exploring the 2019 Congress theme, the critical importance and interplay of Business & Strategic, Leadership and Project Management skills will be also articulated and be complemented & supported with sharings of lessons learned, practical experiences and valuable insight.
