For organisations, teams and individuals from all walks of life, their achievements and accomplishments have almost certainly been underpinned by a culture of working together, moving forward and celebrating success.
Whether it be building cities & bridges, hosting major events through to implementing important business initiatives, these endeavours would not have been possible without teamwork & engagement, drive & determination and fundamental competencies in leadership, strategic & business skills and project management.
The Congress explored and articulated the building blocks for high performance, reflected on best practices that are applicable across organisations, industries, cultures & geographical boundaries with focus on working together, moving forward, achieving and celebrating sustained success.
